There are three different types of licenses available for users of Business Central – Essentials, Premium and Team Members. You can find out more about the differences between these license types.
On defining the packages that you need, we will arrange an introductory call with your customer concierge to go through our pre-project questionnaire, which will help us tailor your Dynamics Business Central system. Following the call, we will provide you with login details to our Lightning portal, where all of the project materials will be stored and you can collaborate with your concierge.
We keep our costs low by doing our implementations remotely, but always using experienced customer concierges based in your country. Wherever possible the same concierge will see you all the way through your setup journey, before handing you over to our dedicated support team.
There are two different types of licenses available for users of Dynamics Business Central – Full User (known as Business Central Essentials) and Read Only (known as Business Central Team Members).
Read Only users are for people who are not tied to a particular function, but who require basic Business Central functionality. This license includes read access as well as some write access for selected light tasks across Business Central.
There is a third type of license – Premium – which you might come across, but these are typically for Enterprise customers who need Manufacturing or Service Management features. Please contact us if you need information on Premium licenses.
