Zetadocs Delivery

Zetadocs Delivery allows you to email batches of documents in PDF format from within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, using contacts’ email addresses. This improves the productivity of your finance team, by producing and sending documents, such as customer invoices and statements.

Multiple emails for the same recipient can be grouped together for convenience and emails can be sent from a shared From address so that replies are seen by the whole team

Personalised templates ensure all emails have appropriate corporate branding, with terms & conditions and any supporting documents automatically appended

Further customisation and automation is available with Zetadocs Delivery Plus allowing you to meet complex business requirements for delivery rules or content, and to schedule bulk-email batches to run as a background task

Zetadocs Capture stores emails and scanned documents alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transactions for instant access or directly from a SharePoint archive. This speeds up handling customer queries and cuts time spent on paper filing.
