Cowry Solutions adds OCR to its portfolio of add-on technologies with Kofax

Along with other partnerships that we have recently signed, Cowry Solutions is now working with Kofax, a provider focusing on invoice automation in the cloud with their software, Readsoft Online. As a premium Optical Character Recognition (OCR) specialist, Kofax helps businesses to transform their accounts payable departments by deciphering scanned or emailed invoices automatically, transferring all data directly to Business Central. This increases accuracy and productivity.


Commenting on the partnership, Cowry Solutions Managing Director, Nigel Ridpath said:

“OCR of purchase invoices is something we’re often asked for – particularly in businesses with high volumes. We’ve seen OCR technologies in the past where a lot of setup is needed to ‘train’ the solution as to where the data is held. Because Readsoft Online uses AI, clients can begin to process invoices straight away.”
