First Minute

Within 1 MINUTE of receiving your signed contract you will receive a welcome email containing a proposed timeline, support portal overview and access instructions

First Hour

Within 1 HOUR a project manager will be assigned to your project. They will contact you to introduce themselves and make arrangements with you for a one-on-one call for next steps.

First Day

Before the end of the 1st DAY of having your project active, an email will be sent to you with a link to a secure online collaboration workspace. This space will contain your project documents.

First Week

At the end of the 1st WEEK, you will receive a status report (sent every week thereafter) of the project identifying any risks, tasks accomplished and next steps. You will also receive relevant materials related to your project.

First Month

During the 1st MONTH after completing your project, we’ll schedule your New System Training session and review: Usage, Training, Adoption, Questions

First Quarter

After the 1st 90 DAYS your dedicated success manager will meet with you for a system adoption review. Together you will review benefits of additional training, and they can suggest relevant products, integrations, or customizations for your system.

First Year

After the 1st YEAR we’ll check-in to ensure that your CRM system is still matching your expectations, that your team is reaching growth goals, and your Microsoft updates are successfully being scheduled and installed.
